Hello, I require a coder to develop in C# a RESTful API code example that can be used on Azure Web Apps, connecting to a SQL DB. The API first needs to support a client requesting a token. A client will submit a username and password, this will generate a One-Time-Passcode and will put it in the database, and will send it via SMS using Twilio. The client will send a username, password and OTP. If this matches what was sent then it will generate a token that's valid until the end of the day. It will also need to develop an api, for getting data and uploading data. [login to view URL] When requested will send a JSON of a list [login to view URL] When requested will send a JSON list based on the search filter used [login to view URL] When requested will add an entry to the db. Thanks
