Perform upgrades on my Python Django project.

I have a django website project built in python3. I am looking for an experienced python developer do the website upgrade for me within the next 2 weeks. Following is the list of tasks that I want done. [login to view URL]: Upgrade the code to latest Django version. [login to view URL] standards: Add proper documentation to the backend code and do linting. [login to view URL] division: Separate the applications into four services: Website, Accounts, Usage/Billng and REST. [ This part is already done to a lot extent.] [login to view URL] and Kubernetes: Move the installation from manual([login to view URL] files) to an automated docker process thus creating docker file as well as specifying all other settings in a [login to view URL] file. Then, use ‘komposer’ to migrate it to a kubernetes file. [login to view URL]: Test the image and app locally. [login to view URL] Registry: Push the image to Google Container Registry (an alternative to Docker private registry) - I will provide access details and commands reference. After these are done, I will deploy the app to my Kubernetes cluster and test it there. The Continous Integration process is integrated with a deployment pipeline with automated build testing. So the developer needs to follow a specific process when pushing to the github repo. I will provide all the details of procedure you have to follow in a PDF document as well as full details of the architecture of application.
