New to Ubuntu/linux have no idea how to do a simple task like save file in folder ""please show me how to work in ubuntu

"You do not have the permissions necessary to save the file". When I'm trying to save a file into a folder inside python I get the above error. I think it's something to do with permissions or root access not being setup? View attached screen shot to see my error "screenshot of [login to view URL]" You will need to teamviewer control my computer and through the ubuntu VM teach me how to use Ubuntu. Communicate with me in voice not just text. (You must be able to speak English clearly) Start your bid with the word "oranges" so I know your not a spam bidder.
