Hi, I have worked in Infosys for more than 10 years and i am doing freelancing now. I have worked on various technologies. Now coming to this project I understand you need this software can capture the following 1) Create an account for each customer (I assume this will be linked to an identity card) 2) Need to capture loan application and approval details 3) Need to capture interest and capital repayment information 4) Need to develop reports from the perspective of a) Customer b) Organization and c) Governance and Compliance Now we need to break this down high level functionality into finer requirement details so that this can be captured and used for development and testing. Also we need to finalize the technology architecture and Security part so the application is secure. I have worked on these type of turn key projects and have completed to the satisfaction of the customer. To quote a project reference I was involved in development of a quotation generation module for Vista Operating System for Microsoft which was highly complex and needed aspects like security etc. Similarly I have managed several projects during my tenure in Infosys.
