Need a JAMstack Headless Ecommerce Backend with NLP based Conversational POS frontend

We're an online pet-food service. We're looking for a JAMstack developer with experience in headless CMS/E-commerce and Conversational platforms. We need a headless (API-based) e-commerce backend developed to manage the sales of our products. The frontend must be a bot-based web chat applet (that can be embedded on our current website). The bot should ask the customer his pet's details and accordingly suggest the best plan for the customer (Small, Medium, Large, XL) based on the conditions provided. The bot should then take the customer's input and process transactions as per the selected cart. The bot should be able to communicate with the backend via API's and create customer, order and payment information accurately. We prefer to use open-source tools for this project. All architecture (database schema, logic workflow, conversation flow, etc) will be provided. Suggested Tools: 1. Backend: Open-source CMS tools such as Directus, Cockpit, Strapi, etc. Or specialized e-commerce engines such as Saleor, etc. 2. Middleware: Open-source or a free NLP based conversational platform, such as Dialogflow ([login to view URL]), etc. 3. Frontend: Custom JS web chat app based on any standard JS SDK, or an Open-source UI framework such as BotUI.
