Hi, If I understand correctly, a set of records filtered to negative numbers only must be pasted into the body of an Outlook mail and sent to a predefined email address. "The makro ( or VBA) should run once when the program ( excel) is opened" - what should happen if you open the file multiple times a day? Do you want the mail to be sent each time or may I implement something that tracks whether the negative records have already been sent on that day? Regards, Balint

Hello, On my previous job I've done something similar so I have experience with such tasks. Should the email be automatically resent if the data in the column containing positive/negative numbers changes? The data will be send in the body of the mail or packed in some file? Regards, Zoran
