Having worked with Watson speech recognition at IBM Research, I have sufficient experience to get this api to work. Relevant Skills and Experience I can use RestAPI in Python using Requests in the case that the python API fails. Proposed Milestones $10 SGD - Use Houndify python api $11 SGD - Use Requests other wise, or add timeout and ping Houndify again to manage connection errors Any example of the length of the audio being streamed? or the format of the audio.
