Google Sheet API: Export data to google sheet from chrome extension

First you must have experience with google Sheet API. If you do not, please do not bid on this. From a chrome extension, we need to send data into a google sheet. We have a shell chrome extension already built so you can focus on the sheet export. Attached to project is example data in json format. Cut & paste will not work. Cut/paste is not accurate enough to get data into the correct cells, some fields are empty. You will need to target specific cells to take data and place it into the target sheet. You can assume that the user that owns the target sheet has permission (the sheet was shared with them). The usage case is people will be adding data to the sheet over and over again. So the function needs to be able to target a specific row in the sheet to send the data.
