An API is required to be developed that allows to send SMS against an SMSC using UCP protocol version 4.6. The API would support request similar to: POST /api/ucsconnector We would provide the schema e.g. to request to send M SMS to N MSISDNs with certain text and selected encoding. The API should also allow to get the results of the sending. The service must be a webapp WAR. 2 deliverables (besides de code, the maven/... builder and design doc): 1) runs on Glassfish 3 (java 7) 2) runs on latest Glassfish version Timeframe: to be delivered during July latest. Please apply only if you have experience with UCP protocol. Please provide reference projects using this protocol. More details on the project would be shared to candidates with the requested experience.

Hello. I don't work with UCP protocol, but has a lot of experience with Java and implementation of other protocols. That's why I can even implement it from scratch, if it will be necessary. And I provide you link to my github with examples of source code in chat.
