I need a C/C# developer to port (C# Wrapper) [login to view URL] to C#. Currently, C# implementation is done for recognition from the still image here ([login to view URL]). What I am after is C# implementation of recognising the number plates from the video stream (RTSP). You can download the full sample code here ([login to view URL]) - but that has the still image implementation only, need C# implementation of recognising the number plates from the video stream (RTSP). Finally, I need a working copy of the sample code C# project/solution, with instructions to run on my end Important: Please bid, if you have done similar project only, this is not easy as developing a desktop/web application. Hi. I have worked with streamin rtsp. Since this protocol does not have native support in all the browsers we had to pass it to another protocol, using a library that reads the rtsp frame in real time and passes it to a format with support. I can do your job to recognize plates using the software you use. have more my experience with rtsp.

I worked on similar project (wrapping C/C++ library with C#) before - wrapping Jabber library. I glanced at the alpr API and I can see that it is really nice written one. Relevant Skills and Experience In my 16 years of professional working as software engineer I worked in C++, java, C#, Delphi.
