Hello, from what you wrote i understand that you need an Accounting Software. I have never written a Web based Accounting Application before, but have Experience in creating Web Applications that are similar in their technical requirements. If you award me, i will try to complete the Project in up to 60 days, using Java, Spring Boot and MySQL. I do not understand why Python and Windows Desktop are required Skills for this project. From what i can see it is supposed to be a web based Application.
