Hello, Can you share more details of the software you want to run on 32-bit Windows machine? Also, it would be nice if you can send the C++ software so that I can see if I can help you with the reverse engineering process. While developing an installer application for one of my desktop application, I came across some tools which I used to debug (and learn about) the way windows installer files (especially the exe files) work. What kind of software is it ? What kind of libraries it needs? Can you use it inside a Virtual Machine? or making a portable executable of the software with Vmware's ThinApp. I suggest making a portable executable I will knock the price down significantly with that. This way you take a current running setup.
