We need to develop a software for our financial / Tax business. this software is to be developed in any recommended programming language. This program will be internet based and attract customers that are needing help with their finances, regardless of the specific need. Please bid specifically with as much detail as possible to make this project feasible the most important question, how do we capture these desired customers by using a program>? My suggestion is that we are looking for customers using specific keywords in google or similar search engine , from that point we may be able to attract those potential customers , this is an example to answering “how do we locate them” we should create an actual program and not an advertising platform. Ensure you provide examples on how you intend to locate the potential customers, note- this project may be extended indefinitely depending on your ability to obtain new customers and your programs abilities to implement such tasks

Searching customers like putting a keyword "financial help" or "financial", to bring you up in the google, is a job related to SEO professionals. Who will make your site to bring up in the google while searching for the respective keywords. 2. Second way is via google ads, admob integration to display your ads into your related functionality. 3. It can also be with social media marketing. All above points except point 2, are the tasks needed to be done by a SEO professional and Marketer, not a developer.
