Create c#.net 2015 API wrappers to Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex, Coinbase, GDAX with unit tests.

I am looking for someone to write me wrappers for the following exchanges. Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex, Coinbase, GDAX. Each wrapper should encompass all available functions for that exchange. I want live streaming for all available data from exchange; for instance Poloniex has Push API (Ticker, Order book and trades). You will provide unit tests for every available function. There are a lot of examples on GitHub, some work, some don't. I don't have the time to try and get them to work. So I am looking to have a developer write all the functions in a single DLL per exchange. The functions should be clear and readable. Use classes, domains models in a elegant way. You can break up classes into Markets, Trading, Live, etc.. Be clean and understandable. Comment as needed. Under Trading you can have for instance a method called PostOrder(CurrencyPair currencyPair, OrderType type, double pricePerCoin, double amountQuote) CurrencyPair is a class with a base and qoute currency OrderType is a enum Buy or Sell.. Create a base connection class that takes your private/public keys and establishes connections. We will tackle exchange per exchange. The first one you can do is Binance.
