Create A Customer Wait Time Dashboard in Excel

Project Description I have attached a data sheet in excel which is rough sketch of what we are currently working on. [login to view URL] Basically, we are trying to capture total customer wait time for our service. I would like to calculate the waiting times (in days) of various customers, depending on certain changes in flow of the customer through our service process map. As the service cycle time changes the total CWT customer wait time changes. As we enter the data into the cycle excel should automatically make the calculation that where I need someone to write the formulas and make the dashboard look good. A fancy dashboard is not need just something that makes sense the viewer Any suggestions to make this better would or alternative ways I would love to hear them.
