Build a Back-Office for a Wordpress network marketing site

We want to create a back office of a Network Marketing company model. It needs to be WordPress. And is going to be a subdomain of the company official website. Every brand partner will have a login information to see their account and get access to the following resources: In this back-office we want to have the company three, if they are active to get commission, how much volume they have, how many team members they have, etc. Also, we want to have in the back office to have a home section where we can be customized with updates through video or text. * I Know that this is a complex project for that reason please describe what 1+1 is at the beginning of your proposal* We want to have a section for training videos A section to order products A section to push one button and share their brand partner link on different social media platforms. Making sure that if someone clicks that link and enrolled or buy a product they can attribute that enrollment or sale to them. Also, a place where people can push a button and share videos or PDF’s. A place where they can have their multiple brand partners links. Also, place to put their prospects and leads, and put notes on them. We want to make sure that this back office is very simple to navigate, fast and mobile responsive. We are looking for someone who is fluid in English, that can follow directions and meet deadlines.
