Behaviour Designer Unity - Behaviour Tree Design (1 Simple Tree)

Hello, I need someone who has experience with Behaviour Designer Asset in Unity. I just need one tree design. Boss will PATROL and when CAN see Player will SEEK it. But once the player is out of range BOSS will return to PATROL. I did PATROL and CAN SEE and SEEK but SEEK never ends even out of range. So i want someone who can help me just to make that tree design.
