Join a Global born start-up to develop our Web API to help us build API solutions which solve important problems and improve to connect the world of events. Working with our Global Team, the selected candidate will work collaboratively with product teams and end users. The candidate will create detailed architectures and designs and then implement those designs with high-quality code together with our team of experts. You will: - be part of a team that designs, implements, deploys and operates an API platform as well as APIs loved by developers - help implement a strategic API shift initiative at Eventerprise - work in a lean agile start-up enviroment - work through the entire development lifecycle (analysis, development, quality assurance, documentation, release, operation) You will work and learn more about: various technologies for building APIs and services how to build modern and quality services for (and within) start-up platform environment full lifecycle Qualifications Education Minimum Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering field Experience developing Web (REST) APIs Understanding development with JavaScript and NodeJS Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a broader team Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the business Passion for agile, test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing Strong developer and technical skills Preferred Experience and Skills: Master's degree Experience building solutions on cloud infrastructure such as AWS Experience in API gateways such as Apigee Understanding with modern and emerging web API standards and technologies Experience with “serverless” technologies Ability to advocate for change and innovation even when risks are involved Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work with geographically disparate teams Your role at Eventerprise is integral to helping the world of Events meet new breakthroughs that have a deep impact.
