Business Analyst Required Full Time

Aviminds Creative Solutions is a Software Development and Marketing Company have offices in Netherlands and India. Business Analyst is required for full time in our Jaipur, India based office. Acts as a liaison between technical teams, business teams and end-users / clients for analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance For Presales: Requirements analysis, Understanding document, Business Flows, Gap Analysis, Project scope and estimation For BA Phase: Translating and simplifying requirements, Eliciting requirements, Assisting with the business case, Project Planning and monitoring, Requirements management and communication, Understanding of systems engineering concepts, Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, Business case development, Modelling techniques and methods, Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents, Flow diagram, Use Case, Traceability matrix, Wireframe and prototype, Manage change request/project scope Good Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills. Job Description/Responsibilities - Assisting with the business case. - Planning and monitoring. - Eliciting requirements. - Requirements organization. - Translating and simplifying requirements. - Requirements management and communication. - Requirements analysis. Desired Candidate - Experience in handling overseas clients, Minimum Experience Required at least 1 year. - Capable in proposal writing, Effort Estimation, Client follow up, Software requirement gathering, link between the Development team and Client. - He/ She should have complete understanding of the Sales cycle of the Web-Development business from bidding, negotiating till closure. - Should be able to write BRD, FRD, Proposals, SRS and all standard documents for new project. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Mandatory) - Coordinate with technical team to determine client needs, project feasibility and respond to inquiries. - Should be responsible for generating business from online bidding portals like Elance, GURU, Odesk, Freelancer etc. Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 6 days a week working.
