Jenkins "set build description" from Variables in "Execute Shell Portion" must know Jenkins

Jenkins "set build description" from Variables inside the build "Execute Shell Portion" after each job is completed. Could also be from a file if possible? Can work on WebEx or in Team Viewer Only if you know how to do this and are certain you can do this? Expecting this is something easy for $10 or so and will be something a Jenkins or Cloudbees person would know and understand.
