My company is looking at creating an internal to employees chatbot to help supplement our operations staff by answering Frequently asked questions.
The delivery method for this bot would be on our internal SharePoint page (modern SharePoint) via Skype for business and Microsoft Teams
a few requirements
1) Must be easy to update info and to give it new information preferably the information would be kept in a SharePoint list and would periodically (nightly) update its knowledge base.
2) Must log questions it was asked but didn't know the answers to so that we can fill in the information later. (preferably in SharePoint)
3) Prefer it to run on Microsoft Azure ( or [login to view URL])
4) must be expandable to put in a help desk ticket via API as a (future product)
