Custom sewn awnings

Hello,

I'm Justin and I'm finishing a deck project. The last piece are awnings that go in our bays on the pergola. I need them sewn to the right width and length with sleeves for the rods that will hold them up. There's an image below with the specs.

I have all the materials outside of a sewing machine (ruler, basting tape, thread, fabric)

3 of the panels are the same and 1 is slightly smaller. All are 220" total cut fabric length. There will be a 1" hem around the entire perimeter of each awning. every 30" there is a fold line that will be the measuring point for making the sleeve (for the rod).
