We are a UK Based business looking for an experienced SEO Expert/Firm to can take our online business to the next level. The successful candidate will have an extensive experience with working with SEO in car parking and/or travel businesses (including all in-site, off-site and social media and travel/parking directory posting). - To write original, well formed quality written content. Content must be a minimum of 500+ words and pass all copyscape tests. - The ability to research airport parking related topics and provide quality airport parking based articles on those topics. - Excellent on page optimisation skills that avoid keyword stuffing. Also understanding the small variances in page layout which can affect ranking. - The ability to target keywords and have a targeted plan to help them rise to the top of search engines. This will encompass SEO in its various dynamics with the understanding of quality link building, well written content, site structure, social media and adhering to best practices for major search engines (Google being the main one) - Full understanding of Google Algorithm changes. Fully understanding how to combat them and track any important issues surrounding them. - The ability to keep websites fresh with new content and incorporate new page element features. - Understanding the importance of mobile friendly websites and the upcoming new algorithm changes. - The ability to detect negative SEO attacks on a website. Also the ability in a worse case scenario to deal with the impact of a devastating negative SEO attack. - Plan and implement a strategy to obtain (one way) high quality links of a high page rank. - The ability to implement various social media practices in conjunction with newly created content. - Management of online parking/travel directory profiles, listings, classifieds, announcements and forum posts. It is paramount that you do not conduct blog commenting. I will only consider offers of candidates who perform a full analysis of my website and create a bespoken SEO plan presenting current shortcomings as well the the goals and realistic time frame to reach them.
