Need a Google My Business consultant that can help me resolve an issue with duplicate businesses. Two of my businesses have similar names and addresses (Scarlett Energy 164b London Road, Scarlett Fireplaces 164 London Road). Because of this, Scarlett Fireplaces has been flagged as a duplicate location. I've had many discussions with Google My Business' support, but they tell me it's automated and there isn't much they can do. I no longer have control over the Google My Business page for Scarlett Fireplaces. I can see all of my images and reviews but I cant add or remove images, create posts or reply to reviews. Basically Google have shut down my long running business online which I have spent many years working on while adhering to Google guidelines. I'm looking for someone that has experience in resolving similar issues with Google My Business.
