Manage Yahoo Gemini Campaign

We are looking for someone to work on our Yahoo Gemini and Bing Ads campaigns. The job should take between 5 and 10 hours per week. The campaigns are for one of our free software download websites. Our income comes from the advertising shown at the time of downloading the free software. The campaigns are currently active and conversion tracking is already working properly. Conversion events are triggered when download button is pressed at the software's landing page. At the moment we have 1 adgroup per each software we offer, each with its own ad, its own keywords and its own landing page. The whole SEM strategy is to keep the CPA at low rates for ensuring frofitability whilst increasing traffic as much as possible for maximizing results. There's no limit on the amount of traffic we can get and the amount of funds we can spend on the campaigns, as long as we keep CPA is kept at reasonable levels and profitability is maximized. The goals set for the job are the following: - Manage to increase traffic whilst keeping the conversion rate - Improve conversion rate when possible, without losing traffic - Detect not performing ads and adgroups - Find advertising oportunities - Pay special attention to Yahoo and Bing advertising policies for avoiding penalties of any kind We expect to see results during the first month of work, moment in which we will decide if we want to keep working together or not.
