We need a command line script written that will perform the following task: 1. Detect that an SD Card has been connected to the computer 2. Read the data on the SD Card 3. Create a new folder. (The next time this step is done the folder needs to have a new name. EX: First folder would be "Folder1" and the next time this operation is performed the folder would be "Folder2" 4. Extract all files, which are going to be .JPG format, from the SD Card to the folder in Step 3. 5. Create a secondary folder to hold converted files from Folder 1. 6. Have the free application XnConvert batch convert the whole folder from Step 3 into the folder from Step 5. This application, by default, will already be running on the machine, with preset conversion settings.

Hello, Do you need it written in VBS or Powershell? Both have the similar capabilities, but Powershell cant be executed under Windows XP or below. Let me know your choice. this would be a quick solution.
