I have written a trilogy that would make an excellent made-for-TV movie. The first novel is titled LIGHTNING BOLT; 2nd novel is BOLT ACTION; and 3rd is DEAD BOLT. The lead character is a strong female with unusual abilities for solving crimes. The trilogy follows the development of her supernatural powers, from her miraculous birth, through her horrific kidnapping ordeal, climaxing with an irresistible ending.

Roughly how many words are in each novel? Is there a central theme throughout the series?
Your work sounds very much up my alley. I have always been passionate about both crime thrillers and urban fantasy stories. I used to be the kind of person who would get mad when they changed or cut out a lot of the source material in movie adaptations, but as I’ve gained more experience adapting my own works into comic format I’ve learned how some things in writing cannot translate into a more visually oriented medium. I would be more than happy to work with you in order to help the transition from book to film go as smoothly as possible while retaining the soul of the work.
