We are a small manufacturing company and have a channel sales model with Dealers who sell our products. A handful of these Dealers are considered "KEY" (they either have now or the potential to be major revenue contributors to the company). There are roughly 40 to 50 of them. We run SFDC Lightning Enterprise. I want to create an environment for identifying and tracking the key accounts. I want to be able to measure our success (or not) by instituting an Account Based program and I'd like SF to support that through the correct structure.
