Experienced Salesman for a startup, B2B Marketing

I'm the founder of a local startup in Australia looking for an experienced salesperson who can acquire, follow up and sell to leads via telephone.
As a startup we don't have an established sales structure yet, so you would need to improvise a bit, but we'll work with you to help you as much as you need.
Our target market is small businesses who do not have a website already, and are likely to be more traditional businesses. (please read our company brief below). We have a contact list of precise market - a contact list of small businesses in Australia without a website - so lead generation should be fairly efficient.
The job will be an hourly job.
We are looking for 5 hours of work, for approx $25 an hour to start out with, with an additional 10% sales commission.
