There is a ruby client to the quickbooks online REST API [login to view URL] However I work with perl, so would like it ported to perl. I don't necessarily need all the functions right away, just the ability to post expenses and sales. I think this needs the ability to retrieve lists of Suppliers, Accounts and Classes. I would like a simple web UI like the ruby one for user to post the expenses and sales, but also to post then from my application

Hello, Quickbooks Online would require the request and response in JSON, so you could simply POST the request in JSON format, and simply parsing the JSON response. So, no need the special library for this purpose. As long as you have the API keys for the access, then you will simply POST the json request to the endpoint of Quickbooks API. So, no need to worry about the oAuth2 authentication from your perl code. Thats pretty easy, right? I offer for 3 - 5 work days completion time if you OK with my offer. Let me know
