Share us your estimate for the proposed Ticket-Systems you want to compare along with the amount of attributes you think you need to compare. If it is easier for you, you can already add the comparison attributions into the calculation instead of trying to estimate the amount of attributes.

execute the comparison based on the attributes of the matrix

We will post this project as hourly project, but we pay the estimated amount which we mutually agree on beginning of the project (similar to fixed price projects). No, we want to have a market research of help-desk/ticket-systems which are available, and to compare them by the available features
For what is the google document? Shall the freelancer add the researched data there?
no the google document is a time estimation and a brief project plan which we need to see if the freelancer has understood the problem.
For the reseach results, the freelancer shall create a new spreadsheet and add there the comparison:
