Looking for a tutor to teach kids creative writing. It's going to be an online class, initially only one hour every week.
Ideally, this activity is best suited for current teachers, ex-teachers, professors or students who have studied creative writing.
I am looking for tutors who can encourage & build confidence in kids to write a story eloquently, state their opinion in an organized manner which is grammatically correct.
1. General lessons on academic writing, structure, and content (e.g. formal writing, report writing, and essay writing).
2. Writing eloquently (understanding sentence length and ease of reading)
3. Building an argument within writing.
4. Using evidence to support writing and using research to back up statements.
5. Stating opinion without being personal.
6. Critically analysing information rather than just describing information.
7. Ensuring writing also includes originality and fresh ideas.
8. Discussing ideas rather than just reporting facts.
