Company: We are a direct-marketing firm working with a group of advertisers globally. We are on a lookout for a hardworking and responsible person to help us manage, create, implement and supervise policies/regulations of the company. There are quite a lot of new functionality needed and we hope that the new employee/s will consider this as a long term employment and be willing to work with us on our future office in Kuala Lumpur. Job responsibilities: -Responsible for the spectrum of Human Resources functions including managing and providing administration support in recruitment, payroll, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, tenancy management, preparation of HR documents and reports -Participate and assist in internal and external recruitment activities which include: sourcing and attracting candidates, organizing database of applicants’ resumes, application forms, test results, profiles, etc. , conducting initial screening and interviews for suitable candidates, setting recruitment targets and providing necessary inputs in the hiring process. -Responsible for employee benefits utilization such as wages, claims, allowance, leave, etc. -Execution of administrative tasks including filing, office maintenance, etc. -Familiar with statutory government bodies requirement such as EPF, SOCO, Income Tax, Employment Act 1955, etc. -Work with team managers efficiently and help them organize with schedule -Perform ad-hoc assignments/tasks assigned by the Superior Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business --Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent -Required language: English -At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position -Good communicating and writing skills, positive attitude, and able to work independently and with a team work -Fast learner, highly organized and can follow instructions perfectly -Must be willing to multi-task and to work under pressure with minimum supervision. -Required skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and payroll software. -Adept with internet research, google drive/google apps, Skype

Currently working as a Freelancer for a US based Company since May17. Expert in English - both written and spoken. I have worked in Malaysia for 3 years as General Manager, from Apr13 till Apr16 in a Singapore based ISO/IEC 17025-2005, Calibration Company based in Malaysia, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Was responsible for overall operations of the branch having staff strength of 22 staff and 5 Managers. Was reponsible for all HR related activies, which includes, writing JD, putting JOB ADs in various paid & free job portals, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing and selection. Preparing appointment letters, briefing them about the Company and hands on training wherever required. Coversant with staff leave policy, OT rates, staff resignation, staff counselling, exit policy, payroll. Preparing & issue of warning letters for staff not adhering to Company HR policy. Preparing vaious HR policies and procedures and improvising on them. Conversant with Malaysian labor law, EPF, SOCSO, Malasyian IT laws, Fully conversant with internet search, skype chat, interview, MS office, google search, dropbox, google drive, team viewer etc. Have extensive experience in ERP, AS400, HUB mainframe, troubleshooting computer issues. Also, I have 3 years experience of running my own HR CONSULTANCY in India, Kolkata which includes, training HR recruiters, tying up with new clients, bringing sales, interviewing senior clients etc. Kindly ping me for further discussion please.

I have a degree in Economics and Sociology. The economics bit proves that i am capable of analyzing data, writing reports, accounting tasks etc. Sociology makes me able to relate with other people, perfect communication skills and great research methods.
