3d renderings, exterior and interior

Dear Freelancer PLEASE READ ALL INFO!! I am looking for a new freelancer to work on my 3d projects. This first project will be 4 exterior and 4 interior renderings. However the exterior is going to be almost exactly same for two of them, only difference is because we are showing two versions of almost same house. With an extra addition on the side of it. We will use drone images to implement the houses into the environment. Two living room/kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. In this link you will find the angles needed: [login to view URL] You will also get exact instructions on everything from floor, to walls, tiles, kitchen etc. This is used for sale and is legal binding so it is very important that all details of finishes are correct. When it comes to furnishing and accessories I will give samples of previous 3d renderings, and you will have to make the same setup. IMPORTANT IMPORTANT: 1. I NEEE GOOD QUALITY, PHOTOREALISM AND LEVEL OF DETAILS. Both on exterior and interior. This is the quality of images I need as a minimum. Down to smallest details and level of quality, photorealism and lighting. Please have a careful look because if you can't deliver this dont say yes to do the job, because then the work will not be approved. It is absolutely crucial that if we agree on a time for sending a draft, or a finished image then you keep that time. In my world even 5 minutes late on a project lasting for days is not acceptable. 5 minutes to late is to late and will not be accepted. Sometime thing need to go to print as an example, and then to late is not an option. 3. You need to be able to start working latest tomorrow morning Europe time. Oslo time. And you need to be able to work through the weekend, because Monday midday I need good quality drafts of 2 exterior, the house with the addition. And 3 interior images. You have to work with me closely throughout the weekend and send me images often. I have a lot of experience in this and if you work all your way to what you think is good, you have 100% sure gone in a wrong direction. You need to send me screenshots as you build the model, show the angles, and as you start furnishing. This is of outmost importance to be able to get it done in time. 4. We need to have complete images by Monday 18. of december 0900 Oslo time. But we will have time to send full quality images back and forth for at least 4 days for final adjustments before this.
