3D modelers and animators needed for long term work relationship

Hi Guys, I want to develop long-term working relationships with full time 3D guys. Experience in 3D Modelling, lighting, texturing, animation, rendering. (Can be Maya or 3DSMax) Every project is different. Some are simple and some are more complex. Must be able to start a project from concept stage through to completion or follow a simple brief if needed. The person must be a full time freelancer and be able to plan their time properly for their current tasks and my tasks and be online when needed during working hours and some evenings if needed to meet the deadline. If I message during working hours then the person must be available to reply in a decent time notice. For example a few minutes to 30 minutes.... I can't wait hours for responses as I am running a business and need to get back to my clients in a reasonable time. You must be able to meet all deadlines that you agree to and if we agree to a brief the client can make changes until they happy as I don't bill for small changes or small brief changes like copy changes and such other small stuff. Only if the brief really varies do we query that. I ensure that the client is 110% happy after every job we do. I need someone with excellent English skills as well, attention to detail, online on hangouts where needed as mentioned and explained above. We discuss and agree on a rate per project.
