i need an interior designer to provide an overall concept for a duplex house of 4 bedrooms. the exteriors and landscape of the house are already done. the interior may or may not be related to this. the process will be: 1. Suggest and Decide on a Design concept - am looking at a modern, minimalist and Asian fusion concept - materials must not be exotic. wood, ceramics, etc. will work - this part 1 will be an intensive brainstorming until we agree on one concept 2. Interior Design based on concept - based on the agreed concept, you will do the interior design in terms of furniture, placements, etc. kitchen, bathrooms, etc. 3. Visualisation - the visualisation can be photo-realistic or simple - i have another person who works with me on 3D photorealistic renders. so we can take your visualisation and render them separately NOTE: I will only choose a freelancer with the right experience and portfolio. Please only show me your best interior design/visualisation portfolio. Automated postings and those not reading the brief will be blocked. If you have read this, post the word delinkx in your bid description otherwise it will be removed or blocked.
