CAD work for Layout Cards

I need some slight modifications done to a few Cad files. They are currently in DWG files. For instance, on one of the measurements, it shows 190mm, I need it changed to 194mm. There are 6 parts that are already drawn, I just need help making a few changes. The guy who was working on this project needed open heart surgery so I am stuck. Maximum, one hour of time. These products will then be produced in a plastic and must fit tight in to the next piece. I would prefer a dovetail versus a straight notch because they can pull apart. I can explain dove tail if you are confused. On the End Block, I need it drawn so that it is 194mm wide and has a tongue that sticks out on the left side that is 19mm x 10mm so they can snap in to eachother. On the Corner Block, I need it drawn so that we can add 2mm on the top and 2mm on the left side. It just needs to bump out. No change in the radius. On the Allbend, it needs extend 2mm as well on each side. On the Corner 90, same thing, 2mm on the top and 2mm on the left side. Then I need all of them copied and pasted on a 4' x 4' area so that I can have them cut out. If you accept this job, I will make marks on the drawings and show you precisely what I need done.
