Are you a Talent Sourcer with tenacity, charisma and an incredible track record, who can help us find and connect top passive talent to a world-famous tech brand? About the role You’ll be working from home for 4 – 6 hours daily to contact and network with candidates and discuss the opportunities with our Client, a leading technology brand. You’ll also write up summaries of interested candidate profiles and provide regular progress updates. Who we’re looking for You’ll need to be a dynamic self-starter, tenacious and motivated to succeed. You must be able to build rapport with candidates and fire up their interest in the opportunity, as well as evaluate if they are a good match for the position. Ideally you’ll have solid experience of candidate sourcing, recruitment and research with international firms and an excellent command of written and spoken English. Why choose EWS?
