Phase 4 for Raspberry PI

Hello, As discussed I am applying to the Phase 4 of the project. In this Phase I am going to implement a periodical screen capture of still images taken from the USB camera. I will implement the required setup parameters in the settings page. For now the saving of video files will not be implemented but only still images. Best Regards, Patrik

At present I have a weather station built upon pi that records temp and log them to IMD on its own.I can do almost any requirement for pi using python. presently I am full on with windows 10 using ms IOT core developer. I would like to do your project
