I would like to hire an R Programmer

Hi, I have experience developing complex R + leaflet visualizations including implementing graphics that take into account calculations based on data. In this case, I see that these are probably towers with cells with different bearings and beam widths and beaming to different ranges. I can create a script to display the same. Regards, Chris

However is necessary to use leaflet and triangles? I can create a static map in ggplot (using google maps or osm) and visualize point direction using line or a line with an arrow.
