I use Grab, Requests, Selenium and BeautifulSoup libraries for this purpose. I worked with athletic stores and created crawlers to detect new or rare items. I suggest to use a virtual private server, it will execute a script. The script will check for new items after a certain period (5 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day etc).
