Send and Receive Twilio SMS via Email

Hello, We need assitance to deploy this application on Heroku: [login to view URL] The application was written in 2014 and there are Python errors when we try to deploy it to Heroku. We need assistance to fix these errors and to adapt the application as follows: * Allow us to edit the 'address book' to include first name, last name that maps twilio mobile numbers to email addresses via a branded web page with a secure login * Ensure the app can scale to handle 100+ end users If there is a better way to build this solution on Twilio, for example, using Twilio Proxy: [login to view URL] we are open to suggestions as long as it meets the above requirements in a similar way.
