You would be an expert Python programmer, possible with experience in Regular Expressions.
I am working with Text & Number logs (txt files) which are typically 100000 - 150000 lines long.
There are certain pieces of information I want to extract from this log and display them logically. Recurring patterns etc.
You would also need to be able to design a simple but good looking GUI for the import of the text file. Navigation through the text file must be possible in a visually intuitive way.
There is also some mathematical comparisons that you have to do.
Gui information:
Show test file on right of screen
Show ‘skeleton’ and patters on left. - will elaborate in interview.
The information to be extracted is not complicated, but showing it in a logical way in the gui would require some creativity.
