Looking for an expert with SRT (Live Streaming) - Routing and Authentication

Basically, I'm looking for an expert who understands SRT, and could build a dynamic routing/authentication system for it.
Sample walkthrough:
1. I sign up, pay $20 to get an endpoint
2. I get a SRT URL: srt://[login to view URL] + authentication key
3. I then plug that into my video feed (VLC player, or the similar), and it ingests the feed.
Their documentation is very confusing. I'm hoping an expert can save me from the headaches.
