Overview of what needs to be done:
> We need a algorithm which can detect the IRIS very precisely in the eye in the test videos which we will be providing.
>The code should be developed in OpenCV python.
>The Algorithm should work with different shades of IRIS.
>It should return the parameters like area of IRIS, radius.
>By taking IRIS diameter 12mm it should return the relation between the number of pixels and the length/area (mm/mm2).
>The IRIS detection should work even if the eye is not completely open.
