Hello, Hope you are doing good. As you've stated in the description you want a system that can detect the object either from the video or from the image. To implement this project we will use python programming language with machine learning library and opencv. Our machine learning library(tensorflow) will train the system to detect objects and to make it compatible to work on both image and video we will be using opencv. As you've stated in the description you also want your system to have the ability to learn to detect new objects once added. Can you please elaborate the scenario for which you want self-learning capability. Are you expecting that, suppose if a bottle is not detected in an image or video, then do you want the program to recognize the bottle from next time ? As you've stated you want demo also then I can present you the demo. If you think I'm missing out any scenario then do let me know.
