Build a customer service chatbot

So it's all about chatbot and that also to be integrated in whatsapp messenger, so glad to inform you that till now i had done many projects of the chatbots by dialogflow using python as backend. I had developed many chatbots for appointment booking for websites of the company and many more by matching more than hundred of intents and by handling them using the Python as the backend. And had integrated them with the different third party apps like whatsapp, viber, facebook messenger as well as integrated them in the website for the live implementation. With the help of webhook I can also call the API of the database and make the chat more interactive with the user. Hi there, I have about 15 years of experience in python, javascript and big data and associated frameworks like flask, Django, hadoop, angular etc. I have recently developed a WhatsApp chatbot using twilio integration, wherein we developed some complex integrations with google maps and dialog flow for nlp. I can utilise my expertise and experience to develop a similar solution for you. The proposed technology stack is: Twilio Python Google Firebase (database) There would be monthly subscriptions that you would need to pay for WhatsApp business account as well as for Twilio. Google firebase has a free version but with storage limitations. We could instead use a mysql server for the database. Hi there, I have about 15 years of experience in java, scala, python and associated frameworks like flask, Django, hadoop, spark etc. I have developed quite a few integrations with WhatsApp using Twilio and have also very recently created a chatbot using twilio, python, google firebase for one of my other projects. We could use the same stack for the customer service chatbot, however, it would mean a month on month cost for twilio and firebase as well. I could alternately use mysql database if you prefer. You seem to have mentioned only the registration flow. Do you also expect that there will be some additional flows /conversations that need to be designed as well? Kindly do consider my proposal.
