I have been working as a Customer Support Representative for 5 years, during which I honed various skills such as empathy, troubleshooting, problem-solving and client satisfaction.
I started my career in a call center environment providing customer support for French and Belgian energy providers via phone, email and chat, I have also provided technical support for a video games developer via email and chat, and lately for an American practice management software via email, phone, chat, and Zoom meetings.
I enjoy working as a freelance Customer Support Representative because it allows me to work with teams from all over the world, and it's an opportunity to learn about other cultures, also because it is allowing me to develop and learn new skills to keep up with the market needs.
Furthermore, I am a dynamic, autonomous, quick learner and organized person, I am comfortable multitasking, working in a fast-paced environment and keeping up with the updates. I am also fluent in both French and English.
