We are a US based Design Agency that is seeking a Project Manager to assist the Digital Creative Operations team in the end-to-end coordination of project – encompassing conception, design, dev and execution. S/he is a problem solver that maintains every detail of a project (timeline, scope and budget) and is responsible for facilitating and maintaining workflow and communication between clients, creative and dev teams. Responsibilities: - This opportunity is open for consideration to junior and more experienced applicants. - Demonstrated professional experience of either supporting or leading digital projects, such as producing websites, apps, or online campaigns. - Genuine interest in the relationships between design, technology, storytelling, and good user experiences. - Manage interdisciplinary teams designers and copywriters assigned to his/hers projects - Attention to detail and genuine appreciation for the quality of your work. Your success will rely on collaborating with everyone on the team in order to produce exceptional projects, and ongoing collaborations. Some of the Agency roles you will collaborate with include strategy, creative direction, design, front-end development, back-end development, and team operations. - Comfort with public speaking on behalf of our agency at client meetings and phone calls. - Comfort with collaborating with client teams and other collaborators remotely from around the world. - Hands-on experience with WordPress, Drupal, and other CMSs is a strong plus. - Facilitate each phase of the internal and external approval process: including the approval of concepts, layouts and final creative. - Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes - Allocate resources weekly and working in coordination with other producers in prioritizing projects - Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively set up the presentation of creative work - Communicate project issues and resolution to internal stakeholders Qualifications: - 1-2 years experience in project management, in-house creative team or agency experience preferred - Has an understanding of project management, work flow and infrastructure - Prior experience working on digital and social creative, with exposure to web development - Is comfortable being the point person for internal or external clients - Loves solving problems and managing conflicts, presents solutions - Proactive and positive approach - Has a flexible attitude and can work in ambiguous situations - Excellent communication skills - Has experience using Clickup, Slack, Dropbox, GSuite or other project management tools to develop project plans, assign tasks and report of project status - Strong partner to creative and internal stakeholders - A collaborative spirit and positive responsiveness to feedback - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
