Clan Matching Site for Video Gamers

I need a new site built where teams can challenge each other on computer games, etc. Nearly the entire site is point and click. The admin will have to have access to input the options, but basically this is a match making service for gamers. This code will be copyrighted and can not be distributed nor discussed with anyone but myself. If you do a good job, and complete this on time, I will likely use you for other projects. In order to take this project, you must speak/understand very good english and have a skype account for phone calls. This site must run perfectly especially using IE8. Please agree to do testing in IE8 before having me test. Thank you. ## Deliverables The premise of this site is for gamers to create or accept an instant clan match for video games. This needs to be a fun and easy site. Bright colors, some gaming elements would be nice, but simplicity is the key. It is mostly a point and click site. An email system must be included with this site. When a member signs up they will get a weekly email with their username and password. The admin should also be allowed to control the other content of that email and send out other bulk or inddvidual emails to the members. The email system should contain an unsubscribe feature in the email tied in to the site so they can unsubscribe. For now, only instant matches...no future scheduled matches, but? scheduled matches could oneday? be added. Once a match has been finalized and created, the member should be told: ? " Do not navigate away from this page! As soon as someone accepts your match, you will be notified immediatley. If you do navigate away from this page, your match will be canceled." The admin needs to upload an mp3 file on this page as well.s Once a match has been accepted, the member should see flashing lights. The admin will also need to upload an MP3 on this page as well. Once a match has been accepted, both parties? would be connected automatically in a chat room or instant messenger right on the site for communication purposes. They should also be able to view each others information (gamertag or game id). Both members who have created a match should be able to input the results after 20 minutes. (there is a winner and a loser) The results should have to be aproved by both members, or automatically be approved after 72 hours. The losing team should have the option to dispute results and type in a reason for dispute. The admin would have a dispute page where he could approve, order a rematch, or delete the results all together. Both parties could check their account page for the admins decision. An email reminder should be sent out to both parties once a match has been accepted. The email would contain direct links to the enter results page. (The admin always needs access to the content of emails). Make it where the admin can upload multiple background pics on the site? (watermarks). Every time a user logs in, there will be a different game picture in the background for them to enjoy (the background would just change randomly and it will enhance the look of the site). There needs to be a team rankings page based upon all choices the member has made in creating or accepting a match. The team with the best record in each catagory is on top, and the worst on bottom. Google language should be intigrated in this site? so different countries can use the site. ? Attached are the ideas for the layout, but not the intended design.
